Hours: Last entry 30 minutes before closing. Lunch is by reservation only. Dinner includes one drink.

Cancellation Policy: 100% cancellation fee on the day of the event (excluding cancellations due to inclement weather). Free cancellation up to the day before the event.

✅Those who have difficulty climbing and descending stairs independently are not permitted. (There are 120 steps round trip.)
✅Admission is limited to elementary school students and above. (Elementary and junior high school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
✅Please refrain from carrying children on your shoulders or carrying them while viewing the exhibit, as this is dangerous. (Infants and young children are not permitted.)

✅The exhibit may be canceled without notice due to weather conditions. (As there is no roof, the exhibit will be closed in rain or severe weather.)

✅In the event of a sudden change in weather or an emergency, please follow the instructions of staff. Entry may be denied if staff deems it dangerous.

✅Please refrain from bringing umbrellas or parasols. Please leave any items that may be blown away by the wind (umbrellas, hats, scarves, etc.) in a locker. (Lockers with returnable 100-yen coins are available.)
✅The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to guests' belongings due to them being blown away or falling due to the wind.
