*The BBQ course has a 120-minute stay and all-you-can-drink time. Registration opens 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
*High-season prices will apply from Thursday, August 7th to Sunday, August 17th (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday prices will also apply on weekdays).

★When registering, first enter the number of people and date to display available plans and availability.
If only child plans or option menus are displayed, this means that you have not registered enough adults, so you will need to increase the number of adults.
Example: If you are booking with 1 adult and 1 child, a minimum of 2 adult plans are required, so if you register with 2 adults, plans will be displayed.

・The all-you-can-drink plan is the same for all guests over 20 years old.
・If you are under 19, pregnant, or driving, you can change to all-you-can-drink soft drinks.

・Guests over 6 years old must order a plan for the number of people.
・Optional menus cannot be used alone.
If you order optional menus only, your order will be canceled.
Even if BBQ reservations are full, customers who wish to enjoy à la carte dishes only can come on the day without making a reservation.


■Cancellation Policy
▼For BBQ Course Plans
There is no cancellation fee up to 4 days in advance.
A half-price cancellation fee applies 3 days in advance.
A full cancellation fee applies to cancellations made the day before or on the day of the reservation.
*Reductions in the number of guests also apply to the cancellation policy.


■ Regarding Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather (Strong Winds, etc.)
- Due to inclement weather, the BBQ venue may be closed for safety reasons.
- If the weather worsens after you arrive and we have to cancel the event, we will not refund any fees you have already paid, including the usage fee.
- If the event is canceled, please reschedule your visit.
(In the event of a cancellation, a deposit will be collected in advance, which will be deducted from the next event.)
- Please make your decision before complying with our cancellation policy.
