If you do not arrive 15 minutes after your reservation time, you will not be allowed in.
●Reservations are limited to 2-6 people per group.

●Regarding Reservations for 6 or More People
Even if multiple tables are reserved for groups of 6 or more, we are unable to accommodate requests to seat guests close together or to coordinate time slots. Thank you for your understanding.
(Please also be careful when making reservations through an agent.)

●Reservations are accepted online only.
●Phone reservations are not accepted.

Please make your reservation only after confirming your visit.
If you cancel without notice, cancel on the day of your reservation, or cancel multiple reservations the day before, you will be denied future use.
We are extremely troubled by the selfish reservation behavior of some customers.
Please refrain from reserving multiple time slots in advance and then canceling unnecessary reservations the day before or on the day itself.

If you cancel on the day of your reservation, a fee of ¥5,000 will be charged per person.
If you cancel without notice, a fee of ¥10,000 will be charged per person.
You will be responsible for these fees.
