【Important Information for the Rooftop Terrace “Sorafune Kobe”】
Before booking
✅ Access to the observation area is by stairs only.
　Guests who have difficulty ascending or descending stairs by themselves cannot use this facility.
✅ Use is limited to guests of elementary school age and older. (Elementary and junior high school students must be accompanied by a guardian.)
✅ Activities may be cancelled without prior notice due to weather or other conditions.
　If operations are cancelled, we will either refund the admission fee (¥1,000 per person) or transfer your reservation to cocktail time at the main building 30th-floor restaurant "GOCOCU" (after 9:00 PM).

While using the facility
✅ This is an outdoor facility; please wear coats or other warm clothing.
✅ Please refrain from bringing umbrellas or parasols.
✅ Hats, scarves, mufflers and other items that can be blown away by the wind should be left in the lockers on the 30th floor.
　The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused by items being blown away or dropped.
✅ Smoking, dangerous acts, and bringing hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
✅ For safety reasons, entry to areas other than the observation facility is strictly prohibited.
　If you do not follow staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the observation area.
✅ Please do not carry children on your shoulders, lift them up, or engage in other unsafe behavior while viewing.
✅ If the weather changes suddenly or in an emergency, please follow staff instructions. If staff judge a situation to be dangerous, admission may be refused.
