▶Menu contents may change depending on the availability of ingredients.
▶Lunch is limited to two hours, and afternoon tea is limited to 1.5 hours.
▶Lunch and afternoon tea are available to guests aged 6 and over, and dinner is available to guests aged 13 and over (there is no age limit for guests staying at the hotel).
▶Smoking is prohibited throughout the restaurant.
▶Our hotel garden is reserved for guests only and viewing is not permitted. Please note that there are no waiting facilities such as a lobby or shop, so please arrive at the appointed time for your reservation.
▶The dress code is smart casual. Please refrain from wearing revealing clothing such as sandals, shorts, or tank tops.
▶We ask that you enter your credit card information to guarantee your reservation (including for reservations made on your behalf). Payment is to be made at the restaurant on the day. When making a reservation on your behalf, please let us know when making your reservation that the guest will be paying on the day.
▶Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply for cancellations and changes to the number of guests:

24 hours or less prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation fee

48 hours or less prior to arrival: 80% of the reservation fee

72 hours or less (3 days) prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation fee
▶If we are unable to contact you more than 60 minutes after your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
