▶advance reservation is required.
　・Course reservations are required for all adults.
　　However, if you do not need to order a course meal, such as the elderly or children, please count the number of people under 10 years old.
　　（If we do not have an accurate count of the number of visitors, we may not be able to seat you.）
　・If there is no order for adults, we will prepare "Shabu-shabu course x number of persons".
　・If you arrive without a reservation, you will not be allowed to enter the restaurant.

▶Seating is not assigned, but if you are a person with limited mobility and would like to be seated at a table, please indicate in the comments section.
　・However, reservations will be made in order of availability, so we may not be able to meet your request.
　・Chairs are available in the tatami room.

▶If we are unable to contact you for more than 30 minutes after your reserved time, we will cancel your reservation.

▶Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
　・On the day：100％　・The day before：50％

▶Our restaurant operates on a two-hour system.

▶If there are any changes to your reservation, please contact us by e-mail.

▶The payment method is EC (E-Commerce).
The payment at the time of reservation is a provisional reservation.
Final payment will be made when you leave the restaurant on the day, together with the additional food and beverage.
We do not require credit cards to be submitted.
In case of card error, payment will be made in cash.

▶If both the provisional payment at the time of reservation and the final payment at the time of leaving the store have been debited, the provisional payment will be refunded by your credit card company.
Please check with your credit card company regarding the refund date.

▶You do not need to present your credit card on the day.

▶If there is a card error, you will be asked to pay in cash or with a different card.

▶We do not recommend using debit cards.
