This colorful Shokado bento box allows you to enjoy a little bit of each season's flavors.
It's packed with carefully prepared Japanese flavors, including tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), hijiki seaweed, grilled salmon in Kyoto style, and a platter of rape blossoms, as well as a Japanese-style stew of Anesaki daikon and beef,
a stew made with two types of dashi, and white fish and shrimp in a thick sauce with colorful vegetables.
This is the perfect lunchtime meal, complete with rice with small fish, kitsune udon noodles with homemade fried tofu, and a Japanese verrine.
It is a classic dish that can be enjoyed no matter the season.
