【Eligibility for Entry】
Our café is a women-only establishment.
Even when visiting as a couple or with children aged 6 and over, male guests are not permitted to enter.
※ Please note that if a reservation is made incorrectly, it may not be eligible for a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.

・One child aged 5 or under may enter free of charge per accompanying guardian. (An admission fee will be charged for guests aged 6 and over.)
・As the café is compact, we kindly ask for your consideration toward other guests during busy times.
・Solo guests are very welcome.

【Important Information for Your Visit】
・The café is located on the 5th floor (stairs only).
・Due to narrow stairs, wheelchair access is not available, and bringing large luggage may be inconvenient.
・Cancellations made on the day of your reservation or within 3 days prior are non-refundable for any reason.
　※ Please be sure to review the cancellation policy shown on the screen before completing your payment.
・All admission tickets are valid for 80 minutes.
　※ This includes both entry and exit time.
・If you arrive late, the exit time will not be extended. Please understand in advance.

【About Sticker Exchange】
・Guests without stickers are welcome to visit.
・Sticker exchange is not mandatory.
・Please proceed with exchanges only after mutual discussion and agreement between guests.
・If you are not comfortable, there is no obligation to exchange stickers.

【Admission Fees & Payment】
・Admission fees differ between weekdays and weekends/holidays.
　Please refer to the menu for details.
・Online reservations for admission tickets are available from one month in advance until 11:45 PM on the day before your visit.
　※ Advance payment by credit card only is required at the time of reservation.
・The café is completely cashless. The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit Cards / PayPay / Rakuten Pay / Rakuten Edy / au PAY / QUICPay / iD / Transportation card
※ Cash is not accepted.

【Sticker Sales & Usage】
・Stickers are sold in-store and are available only to guests who have entered the café.
・Sticker purchase or exchange without café use is not permitted.
・Rare stickers are limited to one per person.
　※ Guests under 5 years old who enter for free are not included.

【Walk-in Entry (Without Reservation)】
・If space is available on the day, walk-in entry is possible.
　Please purchase a same-day admission ticket at the counter.
・Availability updates can be found on Instagram.
・Reservations offer better value.

【Additional Notes】
・The café is completely non-smoking.
・There is no elevator and access is via narrow stairs only.
　Pregnant guests or those using crutches or canes are asked to proceed with caution and enter at their own responsibility.
・Entry will be guided only after guests from the previous time slot have exited.
・As the waiting area is limited, please arrive exactly at your reserved time.
