＜Reservations＞
When we are fully booked, a 2-hour dining time limit applies.
Reservations are accepted only for customers booking courses; we generally do not take reservations for seats only.
À la carte customers are usually seated from around 20:00 after the course service has settled, but depending on crowding and stock availability we may not be able to accommodate you.

＜Children visiting the store＞
Please use the store’s private "Family Time" (full-store booking). For details, please call the store.
※ Even on dates when reservations are not available, seats may be available if you contact the store directly.
※ For reservations of 5 or more people, please call the store directly.
※ For changes or cancellations to reservations, please call the number above.
※ If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, we may give priority to waiting customers.
※ If the phone number or email address you provided at the time of reservation is incorrect, we may treat your reservation as cancelled. Please be sure to enter a correct phone number and email address.
※ Customers who do not show up without notice may be refused future reservations, so please be aware of this in advance.
