▶ About reservation target We only accept reservations for customers aged 7 or older who can order the same menu as adults. We are sorry, but we cannot accept reservations for customers under 7 years old because it is difficult to provide space and menus in the store. Thank you for your understanding.

▶ About lateness If we do not hear from you more than 15 minutes after the reservation time, we may cancel your reservation. If you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

▶ About seating preferences We try to accommodate your seating preferences, but depending on the situation, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding.

▶ Request about fragrance In order to enjoy a comfortable time in the store, we ask that you refrain from using strong fragrances such as perfume and fabric softener.

▶ About group reservations If you would like to make a reservation for 10 or more people, we would appreciate it if you could contact the store directly.

▶ About dessert plates Please order dessert plates at least 2 days before your reservation. We may not be able to accommodate requests after that time, so please let us know as soon as possible.
