■Notice Regarding Bird Prevention Construction Work on the 5th Floor Patio■
　August 9 (Sun) – August 22 (Sat)　9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
　Scaffolding will be erected and dismantled, which may cause some noise. We appreciate your understanding.

◆Please select a plan by choosing the number of guests, date, and time.
◆Payment must be made in advance.
　We do not accept reservations by phone.

◆Customers wishing to make same-day reservations may do so via the “【Visitors】Garden Pool Reservation Form” on our website.

◆“Special Limited-Date Rates” are subject to availability based on date and number of guests. They will expire once sold out.

◆Please proceed to the Garden Pool on the 7th floor.

◆Swimwear is not available for rent.
◆There is no children’s pool.
◆Preschool-aged children may use the facility free of charge, but deck chairs are not provided for them.
◆Children 12 years old and under are not permitted to enter without a guardian.
◆Bringing your own flotation devices is prohibited.
　(Inflatable rings, beach balls, beach mats, boats, and other items deemed unacceptable by staff)
　*Arm floats (arm aids), life jackets,
　and inflatable rings (45 cm in diameter or smaller, limited to use by preschool-aged children and younger) are permitted.
◆Bringing food, beverages, or alcohol onto the pool deck is prohibited.
◆In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances where the hotel deems operation difficult,
　we may suspend or interrupt operations.
◆A fee will be charged for entry to this facility regardless of the reason (including accompanying guests).

◆For the Poolside Café Plan with 1 Drink Included, you may select one drink from the Poolside Café’s selection of alcoholic beverages
　(draft beer, wine, cocktails, etc.), soft drinks (orange juice, oolong tea,
　iced coffee, etc.), and all beverages except champagne.
　*Drink vouchers are valid only during pool operating hours.　
　*The Poolside Café is located inside the pool area.　　　　　　　　　
　*Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

◆Cancellation fees are as follows:
　*The day before: 20%
　*On the day (if notified): 80%
　*On the day (if not notified): 100%
