※ During Golden Week and from 7/21 to 8/31, weekdays also start from 11:00.

▼ Seats・Capacity・Plans
Maximum capacity: 192 guests.
Plans can be reserved for parties of 2 or more adults.
※ Seat-only reservations are not accepted.
※ Seat location requests cannot be accommodated.
Guests who wish to enjoy only à la carte items should please visit the store as walk-ins.

・Guests aged 20 and over must choose the same type of all-you-can-drink plan for the entire party.
・If there are guests aged 19 or younger, pregnant guests, or designated drivers, the party may switch to the soft-drink all-you-can-drink option.
Please state the number and reason in the remarks field.
・At checkout on the day, please be sure to confirm that your reservation details match.
・Guests aged 6 and older are required to order a plan for each person.
・Option menu items cannot be used alone.

■BBQ food bring-in reservations
・There is no restriction on where you purchase ingredients, but only items bought on the same day may be brought in.
Please bring the same-day receipt for verification.
・For hygiene reasons, the use of knives and cutting boards is prohibited at our facility.
When purchasing, please buy pre-cut meat and vegetables.
Food bring-in reservations cannot be combined with side-menu items.

■For customers who reserve a meal-included plan
・You can come empty-handed and enjoy the BBQ.
Food-related bring-ins are not allowed with meal-included plans.

■Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 4 days before: no charge.
From 3 days before: 50% cancellation fee.
The day before or the day of: 100% cancellation fee.
※ Reductions in the number of guests are also subject to the cancellation policy.

■ Suspension of operations due to bad weather (e.g., strong winds)
・The BBQ venue may be closed for safety reasons if weather conditions are severe.
・If weather worsens after arrival and operations are suspended, we will not refund any fees already paid, including usage fees.
・If operations are suspended, please reschedule your visit.
(If operations are suspended, a deposit will be collected in advance and applied to your next booking.)
The deposit is normally applied to the same venue; if that venue cannot be used, you may be offered an alternative at a sister location.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
・Please make your decision before the cancellation policy period applies.

★ When registering, entering "Number of guests · Date" first will display the available plans and area availability. If only children’s plans or option menus are shown, it means the number of adults entered is insufficient; please increase the number of adults.
