What is FastPass?
If you purchase in advance and specify your visit time, you can go directly to the front of the line at that time!
Purchases on the day are also possible!
*Please note that this is not a reservation for a seat, and during busy times, there may be a short wait. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
FastPass Rules
● A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated per purchase.
● The FastPass slots for weekends and holidays are available for purchase up to 3 weeks in advance.
● If your child requires a seat, please include them in the number of people when purchasing.
*If your child does not need a seat (e.g., they are held), there is no need to purchase for them.
● Please arrive at the store by your specified time.
*This is not a seat reservation, so during busy times, there may be a short wait.
● If you are late for your specified time, your wait may become longer. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled time.
● If you are more than 15 minutes late, your FastPass will be automatically canceled.
You will need to line up at the back, so please make sure not to be late.
*As this is considered a cancellation, no refunds will be provided.
※ Purchasing a FastPass does not guarantee availability for all menu items.
If you wish to order limited menu items, please choose an earlier time slot.
FastPass does not apply to take-out orders. This is for in-store use only.
● Payments for in-store dining can be made with cash or PayPay.
Changes to Date/Time or Number of People After Purchase
We cannot accept any changes to the number of people or the date/time once the purchase is complete, regardless of the reason. Please confirm all details before completing your purchase.
If there is a need to change the date/time or number of people, we kindly ask that you cancel your purchase and make a new one.
*Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
