Indulge in a refined afternoon tea experience at Oukakuen, where Kyoto’s culinary traditions meet the beauty of the changing seasons.
Our menu features elegant Japanese-style savory delights such as seasonal vegetable ohitashi and delicately grilled fish, accompanied by a beautifully arranged selection of Japanese and Western sweets inspired by the colors of autumn.

Tea is served using premium organic leaves from “ART OF TEA”, and coffee is brewed from Kyoto’s renowned “Ogawa Coffee”, grown naturally without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Guests are welcome to enjoy unlimited refills and relax at their own pace in this tranquil setting.

Before or after your tea, you may also stroll through Oukakuen’s private Japanese garden, usually closed to the public.
Spend a graceful afternoon with your loved ones, surrounded by the serene and timeless atmosphere of this historic Kyoto residence.
