●Please present your reservation confirmation email upon pickup.

●Changes to your reservation cannot be made after booking. If you need to make changes, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one.

●If you do not come within business hours on your designated date without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be issued. Please understand this in advance.

●We do not offer delivery. Pick-up is only available at the store.

●For orders of the following menu items paid for in advance by credit card, changes or cancellations are not permitted. Please check the date, time, and quantity before booking.

●From January 1, 2026, one paper bag will be provided for purchases of 5,000 yen or more, or for each box of chocolate.

For purchases under 5,000 yen, or if you require additional paper bags, the following charges will apply.

* Paper bag (for chocolate): 110 yen
* Small paper bag: 200 yen
* Large paper bag: 270 yen
