【Reservations】 Reservations are mandatory.
▶ If you expect to arrive earlier or later than your reserved time, please be sure to contact us.
▶ Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should inform us in advance.
▶ The use of perfume is prohibited.
▶ Guests bringing children must consult with us in advance.

【Cancellation Policy】
Cancellations or changes to the number of guests on the day of reservation or the day before will incur cancellation fees.
▶ On the day of reservation: 100% of the course fee
▶ One day or two days prior: 50% of the course fee

The estimated duration of the experience is 2 to 2.5 hours.
