Usage time: Please choose from the following time slots

①17:30-19:30 ②18:00-20:00 ③18:30-20:30

④19:00-21:00 ⑤19:30-21:30 (120 minutes per session)

Please check the following notes, check the box, and proceed to make your reservation.

■Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis via the WEB (Table Check).
■Seat reservations can only be made in the Arriviamo Bar lounge area on the 3rd floor (with some exceptions).
*During this period, priority will be given to customers who make reservations at the Arriviamo Bar on the 3rd floor.
■You cannot choose your seat when making a reservation.
■We do not accept reservations or inquiries over the phone. Please make your reservation through this reservation page.
■You will need to register your credit card information when making a reservation, but payment will be made on the day.
■If you cancel on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged. Please note this in advance.
■If a cancellation policy is stated in the plan, the cancellation policy in the plan will take precedence.
■Cancellation fees will not be refunded. Please check the cancellation policy in advance and understand.
■Reservations are limited to a maximum of 6 people per group.
■Please come to the reception on the 3rd floor when it is time for your reservation.
*Customers who have made a reservation do not need to obtain a numbered ticket.
Please present the reservation confirmation email to a staff member when entering the restaurant.
(You can enter the restaurant 30 minutes before your reservation, and you will be seated from the reservation time.)
■If 30 minutes have passed since the reservation time, your reservation will be canceled.
■Only the person who made the reservation and their companions can use the reservation.
■If there are any changes to the reservation details, you must cancel it yourself and make a new reservation.
■Starbucks Reward Tickets cannot be used at the time of payment. Thank you for your understanding.
■If you cancel without notice, you may not be able to make future reservations.
■Reservations are made through a service provided by TableCheck.
■We cannot accommodate allergies.
■This menu is for in-store dining only. Takeaway is not available.
■Please contact us here for changes or cancellations on the day of your reservation.
