・Reservations for the same day after 10:00 AM cannot be made through this website. Please contact the store directly by phone at 075-286-7296.
・If we are unable to contact you 20 minutes past your reservation time, we may have to cancel your booking. If you are running late, please make sure to call us.
・＜Seating time＞ is limited to 90 minutes from the reserved time. If you arrive late, your time will be shortened accordingly.
・During peak hours, we may ask you to vacate your seat after approximately 60 minutes.
・＜Seat selection＞ requests cannot be accommodated.
・＜Reservations＞ are limited to a maximum of 6 people.

＜Regarding Reservation Changes＞
・If you need to change your reservation details, please do so via the link in the automatic confirmation email you received upon booking.

＜Regarding Cancellations＞
・If you wish to cancel, please do so by the day before your reservation.
・＜No-shows＞ will be charged a fee of ¥1,000. If you are unable to visit due to illness, weather, or an accident, please call the store on the day to inform us.

＜For Guests with Children＞
・＜Children’s chairs＞ and ＜kids’ menus＞ are not available.
・Our café is a quiet space for enjoying tea, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a calm atmosphere.

＜A request from STARDUST＞
・＜Parking＞ is not available. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
・＜Bicycles＞ should be parked in the designated space in front of the store. If you are unsure, please ask the staff.
・Please do not enter the premises of ＜neighboring residences＞.
・＜Photography and video recording＞ inside the store are prohibited. Watching videos with sound is also not allowed.
・＜Outside food and beverages＞ are not permitted.
