▶︎Reservation Policy
At Sushi Korin, we are not only a place to enjoy traditional and authentic sushi, but a place to experience its culture.
A welcoming atmosphere does not imply relaxed standards.
We do not rely on excessive rigidity, formality, or an imposed sense of tension and silence. True excellence is defined by discipline, attentiveness, and mutual respect. We accept reservations only from guests who understand and respect this philosophy.
▶︎Time & Punctuality
We are not a time-based restaurant; however, depending on the next reservation, we may ask you to vacate your seat after your course. We operate without a fixed seating schedule and therefore accept only guests who strictly respect the reservation time.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation, and the seat may be released to another guest. Late arrivals may result in a shortened course.
All reservations are considered final. Any cancellation, change, or rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation and is subject to a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of timing or reason. A new reservation must be made separately for any future visit.
▶︎House Rule: Luggage & Attire
No large luggage or shopping bags are permitted. Guests are expected to arrive with minimal belongings. We do not provide storage and cannot accept responsibility for any items brought into the restaurant. For the comfort and safety of all guests, items exceeding hand-carry size are not allowed inside the restaurant.
▶︎Travel Agencies & Third-Party Bookings
We do not accept reservations from travel agencies or booking intermediaries who do not demonstrate an understanding of, and respect for, Japanese customs, etiquette, and our philosophy, regardless of language ability. Reservations for first-time guests made through travel companies without a direct relationship will not be accepted, except where there is an established relationship or trusted introduction.

A sushi restaurant is an adult dining space intended for guests to enjoy their time with focus and respect. While authentic sushi restaurants generally do not accommodate children, we make a limited exception under strict conditions.
We do not offer a children’s menu.
We do not accommodate individual preferences or dislikes, including food-related requests.
All guests, including children, must be ordered as part of the full course. Children are accepted only under the same standards of conduct expected from adults.
Children aged 8 and above may be seated at the counter only if they can follow the pace of service and demonstrate proper manners.
Age is not the determining factor.
Children must remain seated, composed, and respectful at all times. Disruptive behavior, including walking around during service, is not permitted. Responsibility lies entirely with the parent or guardian.
All children must be included in the total number of guests at the time of reservation.
▶︎For Guests with Celiac Disease
Sushi Korin is one of the few authentic Edomae sushi restaurants accommodating guests with celiac disease. Preparation for celiac guests differs significantly from the standard course, beginning with early morning sourcing and dedicated preparation methods. Guests with severe celiac must provide detailed information regarding allergies, sensitivities, and tolerance to cross-contamination in the reservation notes.

-Strong perfumes or excessive fragrances are strictly prohibited and may result in refusal of entry.
-Not all special requests can be accommodated.
-Reservations may be declined for extensive dietary restrictions.
