The event "TUNASHOGUN Bluefin Tuna Cut Show" is held inside SUSHIROKU.
A special event combining a live show, in which a whole bluefin tuna is carved right before your eyes, with all-you-can-eat bluefin tuna and free-flow drinks.
Plans with "TUNASHOGUN" in the name are reservations for this event and differ from regular dining reservations. Please take note.

* Dates from November onward will be announced once confirmed.

24 dishes built around four styles of bluefin tuna from Yamayuki, Japan's top tuna wholesaler, generously combined with seasonal fish, seared nigiri and Kuroge Wagyu beef.

In addition to the "Legendary Poke Don" of bluefin tuna and Kuroge Wagyu beef, two kinds of hand rolls and black cod grilled in sake lees, two special dishes of the day are served. These are followed by four omakase nigiri (red sea bream, red shrimp, scallop, salmon), three seared nigiri (salmon, eel, engawa) and seared Kuroge Wagyu nigiri.

From the amazake cocktail to the sake lees crème brûlée and matcha, take your time over the flow of sushi and small dishes in our top-tier OMAKASE course.

All-you-can-drink sake can be added as a separate option.

The reservation plan for the special event "TUNASHOGUN Bluefin Tuna Cut Show" held at SUSHIROKU. It differs from regular dining reservations.

Enjoy a live show in which a whole bluefin tuna is carved right before your eyes, together with all-you-can-eat bluefin tuna dishes and free-flow drinks.

The freshly cut tuna is served as sashimi, nigiri, seared nigiri, sukiyaki and a thick roll, each bringing out the character of the cut. From the crown of the head and cheek to the collar (kama-toro), you will taste rare cuts you seldom come across - the whole fish, with nothing wasted.
