Reservation Policy
● Children under the age of three are not permitted at the counter due to safety considerations and the design of the seating. Guests accompanied by children under three will be accommodated in a private dining room.
● For guests not accompanied by children under the age of three, a minimum spend applies for the use of a private dining room. Please contact us for further details.
● While we will make every effort to accommodate your seating preferences, we are unable to guarantee specific table requests.
● If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, please contact the restaurant. Reservations may be released or treated as cancelled if we are unable to reach you.
● For reservations of eight guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
● Guests who have registered for the official Hilton LINE account will receive their reservation confirmation via LINE.

Arrival & Dress Code
● As all courses begin simultaneously, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.
● Smart casual attire is kindly requested.
● Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
