Welcome to our kitchen in Kanazawa!

We, the chefs, will take you to a special seat in the kitchen where the delicious seasonality of Japan is gathered!
But we can only invite 6 people at a time.
Enjoy our special and innovative Washoku dinners, served in an "OMAKASE" Style (Tasting course).

A plate called "Hassun" reflects the changing seasons, and consists of sea and mountain products. And local fish.
WAGYU beef of the highest quality. A variety of SUSHI treasures created from seasonal seafood.
And Fresh fruit desserts created by chef patissier.
Carefully selected SAKE. A DRY GIN born in Kanazawa and recognized around the world.

This is the kitchen of A___RESTAURANT where you can taste Japan at once.

Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
*Holidays are Every-Sundry & Wednesday.

Dinner: We have a two-part system.
Part 1: Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m.
Part 2: Doors open at 7:00 p.m. Dinner starts at 7:30 p.m.
*Please enter the restaurant at least 10 minutes prior to your reserved time.

*Please note that seating is limited to 6 persons for each part of the course.
*Appetizers and welcome drink will be served to guests who arrive before the start of the course.
*The dinner course will be served for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
* We apologize for the inconvenience, but at the moment, we do not offer options for vegan, vegetarian, or halal diets.

【 Important Information Regarding Your Reservation】

This is a limited-time special course featuring Kanazawa Kōbako-gani and Ishikawa Prefecture’s tagged Kanō-gani, allowing you to experience these exceptional crabs at their seasonal best.

The availability of crab is greatly affected by weather conditions, sea conditions, and fishing conditions. Depending on the availability of our ingredients, the origin or brand of the crab used may also be subject to change.

If we are unable to secure a sufficient supply of high-quality crab, we may, under unavoidable circumstances, need to cancel your reservation or modify the course menu. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

These measures are taken to ensure that you can enjoy the finest seasonal bounty of Ishikawa Prefecture at its very best. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

### This is a limited-time special menu available until approximately January 9.

* Guests arriving **at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time** will be welcomed with a welcome drink and appetizer.
* The course will **begin promptly at the scheduled time, with all guests starting together**. We kindly ask that you arrive and be seated at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.

Christmas Dinner at A___RESTAURANT

This Christmas, A_RESTAURANT’s talented team of chefs will present a special three-day dining experience, crafted especially for the season.
Each dinner includes a glass of champagne for a celebratory toast.

**Dates:** December 24 (Thu), 25 (Fri) & 26 (Sat)
**Doors Open:** 6:00 PM
**Dinner Starts:** 6:30 PM

**Price:** ¥44,000 per person, including tax and service charge

Includes:

* A special Christmas course
* A welcome drink for the toast
* Your choice of an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage pairing
