[Important notes regarding food allergies at our restaurant]
• Although we verify information about ingredients based on data from suppliers and manufacturers, it is impossible to completely prevent any contamination by allergenic substances.
• Cooking utensils are washed each time they’re used; however, they are shared with other menu items. Additionally, since dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be introduced during the cooking process.
• If you inquire in advance, we can provide information regarding the 29 specified major allergens contained in our dishes. However, for safety reasons, we must decline any special accommodations related to food allergies, so please understand this in advance.
After reviewing the above information, it is ultimately up to you to decide whether to proceed with your reservation.
