[Takeout] Spring Shrimp Cutlet Burger
Just like the dish served in the restaurant, the special shrimp cutlet made with raw shrimp and cherry shrimp, colorful vegetables, and special tartar sauce remain the same, but for takeout only, it is sandwiched in a pink brioche bread with a cherry blossom-colored twist. The spring-like appearance and the slightly sweet flavor of the brioche dough further enhance the umami of the shrimp.
