▶ Cancellation policy
For customers who cancel their reservations, cancellation fees will be charged as follows. Please note this in advance:
– No notice given or cancellation on the day of the reservation: 100% of the booking fee
– Cancellation on the day prior: 50% of the booking fee
However, in cases where special arrangements are made following prior consultation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee will apply starting 7 days before the reservation date.
※ Cancellation fees are calculated from the date we receive notification of cancellation.
※ The following applies to group cancellations.

[Cancellation policy for groups (10 or more people)]
If you cancel a group reservation, cancellation fees will be charged based on the number of guests:
For 10–100 people: No notice given or cancellation on the day – 100%; cancellation on the previous day – 80%; 2–7 days prior – 50%; 14–21 days prior – 20%.
For 101–190 people: In addition to the above, a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking fee applies starting 30 days prior to the reservation date.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your cancellation notice.
