• Plan Reservations:
o 3 days to 1 day prior: 50% of the plan fee
o On the day of reservation: 100% of the plan fee
※ For private room reservations, cancellation fees will also apply to the private room fee in accordance with the policy above.
※ Please note that cancellation fees may be waived in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as typhoons, earthquakes, or major public transportation disruptions.
※ If you cannot contact us after the reservation time of 15 minutes, we may be forced to cancel, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
▶ For reservations for more than 9 people, please contact the store directly.
▶ Children aged 4 to 12 will be charged a child rate upon entry.
