Reservation Rules
●Please note that there may be a slight wait time during busy periods.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
●The seating time is limited to 30 minutes (excluding events).
●Please purchase a ticket for each person attending. If the number of people purchasing tickets does not match the number of people attending, we will be unable to accommodate everyone.
●If you arrive 10 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled. Please make sure to arrive on time.
●Please arrive together.
●We require elementary school students and older to order one drink per person.
●There will be no extension of time, even if you are late.
Please include children in your reservation.
Reservation changes cannot be made over the phone.

Reservation Fees (July 1st - September 30th)
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or date and time after a reservation has been made, for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your purchase.
If the date, time, or number of people changes, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel and repurchase.
Refunds will not be available in this case.
