This is the reservation page for JULIA in 【TOKYO】.
Please note that it is different from the restaurant in KYOTO Prefecture.
[Regarding reservations]
● Reservations can be made up to 62 days in advance.
※ To prevent any issues, we do not accept reservations over the phone.
● We offer only chef’s set menus at our restaurant. If you have any allergies or ingredients you prefer not to eat, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests; however, there may be cases where we cannot fully comply or where additional charges apply.
※ Please also confirm this with your companions.
● We are unable to accommodate guests requiring gluten-free, dairy-free, or seafood-free meals. Please understand this in advance.
● In cases involving severe allergies or multiple dietary restrictions, we may have to decline reservations.
● Guests seated at the same table must choose the same set menu.
● Due to seating limitations, we can generally accommodate up to 6 guests per table. For groups of 7 or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
● We may not always be able to fulfill requests regarding seat assignments.
● Private rooms are not available.
● If we are unable to reach you after your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us.
● If you arrive late, the course meal will begin from a later stage.
● Children are permitted only if they are middle school age or older.
● While there is no strict dress code, we do not allow overly casual attire such as sportswear.
● Please refrain from using excessive perfume or fabric softener.
● There are no smoking areas inside or outside the restaurant.
● The entire course meal typically takes about 3.5 hours.
● Please provide a phone number where you can be reached on the day of your visit.
[Cancellation policy]
● For cancellations or reductions in guest count on the day prior to or on the day of your visit, we charge 100% of the course fee plus tax (based on the number of guests). Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change.
● Generally, charges apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Since we prepare ingredients in advance, cancellations due to illness or changes in travel plans are also subject to these charges.

We do not recommend using certain credit cards such as JCB, debit cards, or cards lacking a credit function.
We do not charge any amounts in advance.
Depending on your card limit and the issuing bank’s policies, the total amount for the course may be temporarily “held” under the name “JULIA”; however, this is handled by your card issuer, not by us.
Payment is always collected after your visit, unless a cancellation occurs.
The held amount will eventually be refunded by your card issuer, though the timing varies by company. As this involves personal information, we cannot check on it ourselves.
On average, refunds are processed within one month.
