The following cancellation fees apply. The percentages are based on the reservation price.
Specific cancellation policies, if any, take precedence.

When canceling or changing a reservation:
- 3 days in advance: 100% (regardless of whether you contact us or not)
- 4 days in advance: 0%

If you are 30 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
Please note that depending on the reservation situation, we may ask you to limit your time or operate a two-shift system on certain days.
