発酵と薬膳、そして温泉。身体をととのえる、大人のための味噌づくり体験。
【2/28満員御礼】薬膳味噌づくりワークショップ＆温泉体験プラン
¥ 6,000 (含税)
日本の発酵文化を代表する「味噌」を、薬膳の視点から学び、仕込む体験型ワークショップです。国際中医薬膳管理師の講師を迎え、発酵の仕組みや素材の意味、食と身体の関係について解説を交えながら進行します。

■当日の流れ
12:00｜受付
会場にて受付後、ワークショップの説明を行います。
12:15｜薬膳味噌づくり体験
大豆・黒豆・ハトムギ・塩入こうじを使用し、薬膳の考え方を取り入れた味噌を仕込みます。
13:30｜軽食
講師が事前に仕込んだ味噌を使用した、味噌ディップや味噌汁をご提供。完成後の味わいをイメージしていただきます。
14:15｜温泉
体験後は、古湯温泉ONCRI／おんくり自慢の“ぬる湯”の温泉をお楽しみください。

仕込んだ味噌はお持ち帰りいただき、ご自宅で熟成させて完成となります。
発酵と温泉、それぞれの余韻が重なり合う、1日限定の特別な体験です。

■持参物（味噌づくり体験にあたり、以下のものをご持参ください）
①味噌を入れる容器（目安：3kg程度）
②エプロン
③三角巾
④マスク
⑤手拭きタオル
※容器をお持ちでない方は、当日販売用タッパー（350円/個）をご用意しております。

※味噌づくりに必要な持参物があります。詳細は説明文をご確認ください。
※大豆を使用します。アレルギーのある方は事前にお知らせください。
※温泉利用が含まれます（タオル代は含まれておりません）
※同伴のみで味噌づくりに参加されない方は、予約人数には含めず、当日スタッフまでお申し出ください。
※事前予約制／定員に達し次第受付終了となります。
