Online reservations are open for groups of up to 20 guests, for all reservations of 21 or more and for function enquires, please contact us at request@pandahotpot.com.au.

All reservations for all groups have an allocated dining timeframe (maximize of 2 hours) so we ask that you please note that the table may be rebooked after this time and that you and your guests respect the out-by given at the time of booking. And the restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking and allocate your table to other guests if you have not arrived within 10 minutes of the reserved mealtime (ie.10 minutes late.) Each group is only allowed to book one session. If one group books more than once at the same day, we will only keep the reservation session which based on the check-in time. Any additional reservations will be cancelled unconditionally. The retained reservation must follow to the regular dining hours.

We will always do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation but can only guarantee a booking with no changes to date, time and number of guests. We reserve the right to cancel an unconfirmed reservation after we have made reasonable attempts to contact you. Due to the special dine environment and unique design of Panda Hot Pot, it can be challenging to accommodate prams in the Main Dining Room. We kindly ask you to contact us if you wish to dine with infants and children.

We do have Surcharge for Weekend and Public Holiday:
10% Surcharge on Weekend and 15% Surcharge on all Public Holiday.
