◆お席の指定は出来かねます。
◆3日前以降のキャンセル、および日程変更は、ご予約代金の100％をキャンセル料金として頂戴いたします。（ご請求させていただきます。）
◆3日前以降のキャンセルの場合、予約注文された食材については、ご利用当日中にご来場の上お引取りいただくか、もしくは弊社で廃棄処分いたします。食品安全管理上の理由から、食材の発送・配送はいたしません。※消費予定日を超過する可能性のある食材のお渡しは一切いたしません。
◆台風等悪天候による営業のご案内を、お電話もしくはメールを差し上げる場合がございます。
お電話が繋がらなかった、またメールへのご返信をいただけなかった場合は、恐れ入りますがキャンセル扱いとさせていただきますので、ご了承ください。
◆天候悪化(強風等)に伴う営業中止について
1.
ご利用開始前に自然災害および天候等の要因により、お客様の安全を確保できないと弊社が判断した場合には、営業を中止させていただくことがございます。
その際は、全額返金いたします。キャンセル料金は発生いたしません。
2.
営業中止の判断が出ていない場合は、お客様ご自身のご判断にてご来場をご検討ください。
3.
当日、ご利用開始後に天候が悪化した場合、安全上の理由から営業を中止させていただくことがございます。
その場合、ご利用料金を含むお支払い済みの各種代金の返金はいたしかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
4.
以上の内容をご考慮いただき、ご利用を中止される場合は、キャンセル期限（3日前）までに弊社予約サイト内よりキャンセル手続きをお願いいたします。
なお、キャンセル期限後のお客様都合によるキャンセルの場合、ご入金済みの代金は一切返金いたしかねます。
5.
キャンセル期限後のお客様都合によるキャンセルの場合、予約注文された食材については、上述の規定通り、ご利用当日中にお引き取りいただくか、もしくは廃棄処分させていただきます。
◆ご利用時の強風等には十分にご注意ください。安全にご利用いただけるようお席の移動などをお願いする場合がございます。
◆安全管理上、貸出機材のみ利用可能とします。火気、危険物、ガス類、お客様によるBBQ機材(コンロ、ビールサーバー、鍋、包丁等)のお持ち込みは禁止です。
◆どのプランでも、食材・飲物のお持ち込みは可能です。また、会場内でBBQ食材の当日販売もございますのでご利用ください。※安全管理上、残り油が多くでる食材(アヒージョ等)のお持ち込みは禁止です。
◆お持ち込み頂いた食品の衛生面に関して、当会場では一切の責任を負えませんのでご注意ください。
◆BBQ終了後のゴミは必ず分別をしてゴミ箱へ捨ててください。
◆中学生以下のみのご利用は出来ません。
◆一気飲み、暴飲、暴食、大きな音・声を出す等、他の利用者や付近の方へ迷惑となる行為・危険を及ぼす行為は禁止です。
◆周囲の他のお客様から、嘔吐、騒音、暴言などによる苦情が出た場合、即時退場いただく場合もございます。その際、代金は返金いたしかねます。
◆領収書は一括会計後、指定金額、分割はできません。（一会計一枚のみの発行）
