About the Cancellation Policy
For regular reservations, 100% will be charged if we do not receive a notice on the day of your reservation.
Additionally, if you are 30 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
For guests with prepaid plans, 100% of the total amount will be charged from the time of reservation confirmation.
