・Only one reservation for the same date and time can be made per person.
・Online reservations are available for groups of 2 to 4 people. For reservations for groups of 5 or more people, please reserve by telephone.
・Please telephone us if reservations for the date and time you wished to make were full on the web.
・Telephone reservations can be made for the last day of the third month.

◆Requests from L'Osier◆
* Please refrain from visiting the restaurant in casual clothing (shorts, sandals, etc.). Jackets are required for gentlemen.
* No smoking is allowed inside the restaurant.
* Photographing in the main dining room may be annoying for other customers present. Please make sure that no other customers will be in your photographs. You are also requested to use a camera with no shutter sound. Please contact our staff for more details.
* Guests must be 13 years or older.

【About the cancellation of the reservation】
・Please also note in advance that if a customer is unable to come to the restaurant on the day of the event, a cancellation fee equal to the reserved full-course price times the number of guests for those with full-course reservations will be charged.
For those with seat-only reservations, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of guests depending on the time of the event (lunch time ￥17,000x number of guests / dinner time ￥39,000 x number of guests).

* Cancellation fees are reserved only for credit lines. Please note that it is not a reservation for Menu.
