【Reservation Guidelines】
Please read the following before placing an order:

❶Reserve at least 5 days in advance.
❷If no slots are available, the reservation is full. Try changing the date/time/product.
❸Earliest pickup time is 15:30.
We are a small cake shop with one pastry chef. Preparations are done day-of, in order of reservations. No early pickups or changes allowed.

【This site is for in-store pickup of whole cakes only】
⚫︎Not for shipping or delivery.
⚫︎One reservation = one cake. For multiple cakes, make separate reservations.
⚫︎Reservations accepted up to 60 days ahead.
⚫︎Only listed products are available.
⚫︎Cancellations incur fees (see below).
⚫︎For questions, call during business hours at 093-981-3330. We do not respond to Instagram messages or form comments.

【How to Order】
❶Read Booking Policy and check the confirmation box.
❷Select “1” for number of people, then choose pickup date/time.
❸Choose your preferred category (Fresh cream, Tart, Mont Blanc, etc.).
❹Select your product and check details.
❺Scroll down to “Request” section.
❻Proceed to payment.

【Order Changes & Cancellations】
●No post-order changes via web or in-store.
●To change an order, cancel and place a new one.
●Cancellation fees:
▶︎Within 24 hours: 100% of fee
▶︎Within 48 hours: 75%
▶︎Within 72 hours: 50%
All cancellations: ¥100 fee
Refunds take up to 7 business days. Contact your card provider for exact timing.
No fees for cancellations due to natural disasters.

【Store Visit Info】
Bring your reservation ID or registered phone number.
Mention you’re picking up a reserved item.
Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit: 2 customer groups inside.
Free ice packs for 1 hour. Extra 30 mins: ¥55 (cash only).

【Allergies & Receipts】
Check each menu item for listed allergens. For questions, call us.
Receipts can be downloaded via My Page or the reservation confirmation email.
