It's happening again this year! A high-quality hotel buffet featuring freshly picked strawberries from Chitose.

We'll be offering special sweets crafted by our pastry chefs using strawberries carefully cultivated by the popular local farms "Hanacha" and "Ogawa Farm," along with dishes prepared by our head chef.

This year, in addition to our chief pastry chef Takashi Naito, we'll also be featuring sweets from pastry chef Yasuhide Sawada, who joined us last year. Each chef will be offering one special creation for two days only.
