Course / Plan Reservations:
3 days to 1 day prior: 50% of the course/plan fee
On the day of reservation: 100% of the course/plan fee
※ For private room reservations, cancellation fees will also apply to the private room fee in accordance with the policy above.
※ Please note that cancellation fees may be waived in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as typhoons, earthquakes, or major public transportation disruptions.
※If you cannot contact us after the reservation time of 15 minutes, we may be forced to cancel, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
▶ For reservations for more than 5 people, please contact the store directly.
▶ Customers under the age of 10 are not allowed.
