The black beans from the Tanba region, carefully simmered at "Sansou Kyoto Yamato," have their natural sweetness gently brought out, allowing you to savor the elegant flavor of the beans. The pound cake, which features these black beans as the star ingredient, beautifully captures the changing seasons—from the gentle warmth of spring sunshine to the early summer greenery. The cake showcases a soft peach color reminiscent of cherry blossoms and a vibrant green reflecting the fresh leaves of early summer. The moist and dense texture of the cake is balanced with a refined sweetness, creating a sophisticated and subtle flavor.

今年我們將再次販售由京都宇治窯元「朝日燒」打造、附有 fève 的 Galette des Rois。酥皮使用發酵奶油與日本國產小麥，口感酥脆，多層次；內餡大量採用柔軟且糖度高的稀有丹波栗，以及香氣濃郁且清爽、甜味雅緻的京都水尾柚子。作為 Galette des Rois 必備的 fève，選用朝日燒的「黃磁」作品。fève 不使用模型，以拉坯手工細緻成型，每一件皆模仿王冠並具獨特個性；今年特別以粉色呈現。每年以不同顏色推出的 fève 系列，是 Park Hyatt Kyoto Galette des Rois 的特別收藏樂趣之一。
