【RESERVATION】
● This is the reservation site only for those who expect to pick our products up at our store. For the time being, we can take orders for whole cakes listed on this site only.
● Please select the date and time you can come and pick them up. Depending on the date, the products you can reserve might differ.
● If necessary, you can buy some shopping bags or cool bags when you come to our store. If not, we will appreciate you bringing your reusable bag.
● Coming to our store, please inform the staff of your name and reserved items. If you pick the reserved items only up, you will be given priority to be dealt with. If you wish to purchase any other items which are not reserved, you are expected to be dealt with in order of arrival at our store.

【ALLERGIES TO PRODUCTS】
● Please check the specific allergenic ingredients ( 7 articles ) listed on each menu. If you have any questions about other ingredients, please call us at 078-252-0766 when we are open.

【PAYMENT】
● Payment must be made in advance only by credit card.

【CANCEL】
●To change or cancel your order, please contact us by 17:00 no later than two days of business prior to your reservation day. In the case, we will process the changes, cancellation and refunds.
●If you cancel on the due date later, or if you don’t come to pick the pre-order items up without any prior contact, you will be charged 100%.
