預約Nose Savoir-Faire

▶ Reservations are required for parties of two or more.
▶ Please ensure that the person who made the reservation is the one who attends.
To prevent any issues, we do not allow others to attend in your place or transfer reservations.
▶ We offer only our chef’s tasting menu. Depending on the season, the menu consists of approximately 11 courses.
▶ The upgraded course is available only for the entire group.
▶ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
▶Please note that all seating is high-back chairs.
▶The meal begins simultaneously at 6:30 PM. (Guests may enter starting at 6:15 PM.)
Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reserved time, we may have to serve your meal starting from the point where others have already begun. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
▶If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as canceled. If you will be more than 15 minutes late or need to cancel on the day of your reservation, please be sure to contact us by phone or via our official LINE account. Please refer to the official LINE information below.
▶The meal duration is approximately 3 hours.
Please check this if you have a time constraint for your departure. To ensure you enjoy your meal in the best possible condition, we do not offer early service of dishes.
▶ Children in middle school and older are welcome, but please note that they will be served the same menu as adults.
When making a reservation, please count them as “1 adult.”
▶ Inquiries and reservations for private events are accepted via our official LINE account. (Please refer to the official LINE information below.)
Please note that reservations made through TableCheck do not support private events.
▶ Dress Code: Please refrain from overly casual attire (e.g., men’s tank tops, shorts, or flip-flops). As this is a counter-seating-only restaurant, please be considerate of other guests and avoid wearing strong perfume.
▶ We offer complimentary anniversary plates for dessert.
If you would like us to include “Happy Birthday,” a name, or a short message (please keep messages brief as space is limited), please let us know in the message field. (Images of the plates are available in the menu section of our website.)

<Regarding Ingredients>
● “Live Blue Lobster” is a staple ingredient at our restaurant.
If you have a lobster allergy, please be sure to notify us via the message field.
Please note that we cannot accommodate menu changes if we are not notified in advance.
● For guests with other allergies
Our restaurant features an open kitchen with a seamless layout between the dining area and the cooking station. Even if we remove allergenic ingredients, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of trace contamination. Therefore, for the sake of your health and safety, please understand that we cannot accept your reservation.
Please understand that we cannot accept reservations from guests with allergies who proceed with their booking despite being aware of the above.
● For guests with multiple food aversions
If you have extensive allergies or multiple food aversions that could affect two or more dishes in the course, we cannot serve dishes for which we can take responsibility, so please understand that we cannot accept your reservation.
Depending on when you notify us, this may be subject to our cancellation policy.
We do not accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets.

* Cancellations made 2–3 days prior (3 days prior if a Sunday is included): 50% of the total meal cost. Cancellations made the day before (3 days prior if a Sunday is included) or on the day of the reservation :100% of the total meal cost
