・Sea Urchin & Meat Clay Pot Rice
This is Okon’s most popular clay pot rice dish. Sweet and savory Wagyu minced meat and mushrooms are cooked together with rice, then topped with roast beef, sea urchin, salmon roe, and caviar.
・Seasonal Clay Pot Rice
A rice dish incorporating seasonal ingredients. Fresh, in-season produce is generously used and cooked together with rice for a rich, flavorful result; it’s finished with a topping of salmon roe.
・White Rice
We commissioned Numazu’s five-star rice expert “Hasegawa Tasaku Shoten” to hand-select an exclusive variety of rice unavailable elsewhere. Each grain is carefully chosen to ensure uniformity. This special rice is cooked to perfection, allowing you to fully savor its unique flavor—starting right from the welcome rice.
