Reservations are accepted up to 90 days in advance.
Please note that we cannot accept reservations for dates beyond 90 days in advance.

▶Cancellation Policy
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of your stay.
Furthermore, if we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled.

▶For Guests Arriving by Car
We have parking available in front of the hotel (approximately 29 spaces).
This parking is free for guests staying within the hotel.

▶For Smokers
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the restaurant.

This self-style hand-rolled sushi set meal allows you to combine 15 ingredients to your liking and roll them yourself.

In addition to seafood from Karatsu Bay and the Genkai Sea, such as sea bream, yellowtail, tuna, conger eel, and shrimp, we also offer dishes such as simmered Venus pork with shigure, lightly pickled cucumber, and kinpira burdock. You can choose your own sushi piece to suit your mood that day.

Miso soup and a dessert are included. Enjoy a relaxing lunchtime experience.

Savoring these small bowls, which change appearance with each bowl, is a tranquil and satisfying moment, like touring the seasonal flavors of Karatsu. To finish, we serve ochazuke dashi, allowing you to leisurely savor the lingering flavors.
