▶Take-out items will be pre-payable upon completion of your reservation.
Please note that no refunds will be given in case of cancellation.
▶If you fail to come within 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be cancelled unless changed.
▶Discounts are not available.
▶Reservations can be made up to 10days in advance.
▶Please let us know at least 2 hours in advance if you want to change your pickup time. ( 03-6434-8711)
▶Take out menu is not allowed in the restaurant.
▶Please follow the enclosed instructions for this product, please enjoy warming it at home.
Please allow about 30 minutes for you to pick up and take your items with you.
If you don't want to eat it right away, please keep it in the refrigerator and consume it on the same day.

▶Please come to The Ritz-Carlton Cafe & Deli on the first floor to pick up your items at the time of your reservation. You can pick up your car at the front entrance of the hotel's grand floor when you come by car.

Nihon Kotsu Taxi can deliver to a location of your choice within the 23 wards of Tokyo.

▶Our driver will contact you when it arrives. Please come to the taxi and pick up the items and pay the taxi delivery fee.
