◆Hinokizaka Restaurant cancellation policy
In the case of a restaurant reservation cancellation, the following fees will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding.

・In case of a reservation for 4 or less persons
On the day/No show…100% of the reserved plan price

・In case of a reservation for 5 or more persons
3 days prior…100% of the reserved plan price

・In case of cake reservations
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cake from 3 days prior to the reserved date.

*For holiday season or special event reservations, the cancellation policy of each plan will apply, so please check the terms and conditions of the plan you have reserved.
*Please note that the holiday period is designated as a “special blackout period,” and therefore all discount programs are not applicable. The applicable dates are: December 24, 25, and 31, 2025, and January 1–3, 2026.
