About the Cancellation Policy
For regular reservations, 100% will be charged if we do not receive a notice on the day of your reservation.
Additionally, if you are 30 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

For guests with prepaid plans, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged from the time of reservation confirmation.

Due to renovations, the hotel will be closed from Sunday, February 1, 2026, until mid-July. *Reopening is scheduled for mid-July.
