Our thin soba noodles are made with the utmost care, using the finest seasonal domestic buckwheat flour. Thick-cut, two-year-aged buckwheat flour imported from Kagoshima is used to create a rich broth, and the soba broth, made with two distinct types of soy sauce and organic sugar, further enhances the soba's delicious flavor!
