Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, the following cancellation fees will apply:
・3 days prior or later: 100% of the course price
※ If we cannot reach you 15 minutes after your reserved time, the reservation will be treated as canceled.
※ Credit card registration is not a payment but serves as a deposit; it will be refunded after your visit. (Payment must be made on-site on the day of your visit.)

Regarding Meals
・No à la carte menu is available.
・We cannot make any alterations to cooking methods such as grilling.
・We cannot accommodate requests for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal diets, or substitutions due to allergies.
・Each guest is required to order at least one beverage.

Regarding Seating
・For lunch reservations, the time limit is 90 minutes; for dinner, it is 2 hours.
※ “Only on weekdays at 18:00 is the time limit 90 minutes.” Please note this in advance.
・Children under 8 years of age are not permitted to enter.
・Seat preferences or special requests cannot be accommodated, so please understand.
・A maximum of 7 guests per group is allowed.
