**[Reservations]**
▶ Once a reservation is confirmed, the date and time cannot be changed.
▶ The regular plan includes a 1-hour slot; the “Walk” plan includes a 30–45 minute slot.
　※ The 1-hour duration for the regular plan includes both your arrival and departure.
▶ If you wish to stay for more than 2 hours, please purchase multiple consecutive time slots.
▶ Regular tickets can be reserved online from one month up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled date and time.
　※ Advance payment is required at the time of booking.

**[Entry restrictions]**
In cases where any of the following apply, entry will be denied. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances, so please ensure you meet all requirements.
(For the safety of both guests and Samoyeds, we kindly ask for your understanding.)
▶ Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian (aged 20 or older). Under the guardian’s supervision, children must not be left unattended.
▶ For safety reasons, guests under 110 cm in height are not permitted to enter.
▶ Pets are not allowed inside.
▶ Individuals under the influence of alcohol may not enter.
▶ As the only access route to our facility is via stairs, guests using wheelchairs are not permitted to enter.

**[Miscellaneous]**
▶ Pregnant guests or those using crutches/walkers must take extra precautions to prevent injuries or accidents, at their own risk.
▶ Even if you arrive after your scheduled time, you must leave by the end of the reserved time slot.
▶ Entry will only be granted after the previous guests have departed.
　Since there is no waiting area, please arrive exactly at your scheduled time.

**[Disclaimer]**
There is a possibility that your personal belongings or clothing may become soiled due to gentle biting, excrement, or drool from the Samoyeds. Additionally, their teeth or claws might occasionally come into contact with you. We cannot assume responsibility for any injuries, damage, or soiling resulting from interactions with the Samoyeds. Please understand this and engage with them at your own risk.
