Beef stew set
An "evolved" beef stew that's been completely redesigned based on tradition.

The star ingredient is Shinshu Apple Wagyu beef. To bring out the full flavor of the beef's mellow aroma and the sweetness of its fat, the traditional sauce and cooking method have been re-created from scratch.

The carefully calculated deep richness and lingering finish are the new symbols of Gosenjaku Hotel Kamikochi.
