The event "TUNASHOGUN Bluefin Tuna Cut Show" is held inside SUSHIROKU.
A special event combining a live show, in which a whole bluefin tuna is carved right before your eyes, with all-you-can-eat bluefin tuna and free-flow drinks.

⚠️TUNASHOGUN reservations are accepted only for 19:00 on the event dates above (please select an event date and 19:00). Our regular courses can be booked on any day during opening hours.

TUNASHOGUN Bluefin Tuna Cut Show & All-You-Can-Eat Bluefin Tuna with Free-Flow Drinks
The reservation plan for the special event "TUNASHOGUN Bluefin Tuna Cut Show" held at SUSHIROKU. It differs from regular dining reservations.

* Standing-style by default. Seats are available for an additional charge, paid on the day.

Enjoy a live show in which a whole bluefin tuna is carved right before your eyes, together with all-you-can-eat bluefin tuna dishes and free-flow drinks.

The freshly cut tuna is served as nigiri, seared nigiri, sukiyaki and a thick roll, each bringing out the character of the cut. From the crown of the head and cheek to the collar (kama-toro), you will taste rare cuts you seldom come across - the whole fish, with nothing wasted.

[Arrival]
To enjoy the show from the beginning, please arrive at 19:00.
Guests arriving late will join partway through.

Last order for drinks is at 21:00.
Food seconds can still be ordered after that.

[Other]
Rare cuts are also available for seconds. Types and quantities vary with the day's catch, and service ends when items run out.
The schedule may shift depending on how the show proceeds.
